Research into title sequences.

This title sequence is for a short film named friend request. This has similar aspects as to what ours will need to include as it also being a short film. As the title sequence opens, a piece of eary tension building music begins to play. A blue screen appears displaying character images in red surrounded by blood splats and hand prints in blood. Actors names are seen in a bold white text with smaller white text below displaying their character name. The title sequence is very cool but the whole thing could be much more interactive by possibly having small clips of the film slotted between screens of the title sequence rather than being blocky.

This horror film sequence opens with a small amount of creepy music. This instantly creates a large amount of tension suggesting the genre of the film. The text seen in the title sequence gives the illusion of blood droplets again further suggesting the genre of the film. When the name of the film enters the screen, an illusion of light shining is seen. When actors names appear they begin to shake, and disappear to then reappear, this again suggests the genre as ghosts/typical horror movie figures appear and disappear throughout.
