Genre research.

A film in which has similar aspects to the idea that we have created is Psycho. Psycho is an extremely old film so many film have taken aspects from this film and recreated them.
I believe this film is similar to ours as it involves a stabbing scene which is unexpected as the killer appears from behind.
The stabbing scene is similar to ours in that the killer is still unidentified. It wont be until the end of the film that the killer is revealed. This adds a level of suspense to our film and clearly places it into the horror genre. Another feature in which is similar to an idea used in our film is the fact that the killer is just a silhouette. We are going to use this feature to hide the identities of both the killer and the victim a secret so the audience don't know who's the killer and who's the victim.
