Genre: Action

My second idea is an action film which includes a woman going undercover in order to shut down a large company. this is similar to many other action movies as these all tend to include a bad guy who is doing something which may put others in danger. This is then followed by a good guy or person who comes to save or resolve the problem.

The dark knight is similar to my second idea as there is a problem in the film in which someone needs to resolve under a certain time limit.

These films all include similar iconography as they are from the same genre.

Another film that is similar to my idea is the Die Hard series. This series of films are extremely full packed with action and violence. These are aspects that would be needed to be included in my film to make it an action. However, with our films only being a duration of five minutes it would be extremely hard to include every aspect in which big movie franchises do. Also, we don't have the equipment in which we would need to create explosions and the level of violence needed to show the genre of the film. Having this content in the film would also mean the age rating may be much higher as it would be unsuitable for certain age ranges.

When i have researched into age ratings for these types of movies most of them come out as a 15. However there are some exceptions such as SALT, which is a 12a. By getting their film down to a 12a rating it allows them a much wider target audience as it can be watched from a much lower age.
